Education:

• A graduate of the Faculty of Medicine of the Medical University in Warsaw

Professional Practice:

• He has been working at the Carolina Medical Center since 2003 in Dr. Robert Śmigielski’s team, assisting him with majority of the operations.
• In the early 2011 dr Drwięga passed the specialization exam and became an independant operator.  
• During the years 2003-2007 he cooperated with the Traumatology Division of Praski Hospital in Warsaw.
• Co-founder and during the years 2004-2007 an employee of the Knee Surgery Department of Children’s Hospital in Warsaw.
• Executive Board Member of the Polish Olympic Committee Medical Team in 2005-2007.
• From 2005 to 2008 he was a doctor of the Polish Olympic Swimming Team.
• Since 2006 he has been a member of the Polish Football Association medical commission.
• In August 2008 he took part in the Medical Mission of the Beijing Olympic Games.

Competences:

• The main interest is little known and undervalued in Poland arthroscopy of the hip joint.
• In everyday practice Dr Drwięga deals with pathologies of the shoulder, knee and sports injuries treatments.
• Experience gained while working at the Warsaw Children's Hospital he now uses to deal with orthopaedic problems and injuries in children.
• He is a patron of a Student Group at the Carolina Medical Center.
• He is also a lecturer during physiotherapeutic courses organized by the Polish Sports Traumatology Society "Shoulder", "Knee" and "Ankle".
