Carolina Medical Center has the most modern operating theatres in Europe.

There are four operating theatres, each of which is equipped with a special laminar air conditioning system assuring perfect protection from bacteria during the operation. There are only four such systems in Europe and ours is the first one in Poland.

Each operating theatre is equipped with the most modern fittings allowing the safe performance of even the most complicated operations. Our primary motto is QUALITY!

Our own, modern and fully-fitted Sterilisation Centre where all surgical instruments are prepared is an integral part of the operating block. All materials are transported to the operating theatres via a special clean trail, which additionally minimizes any risk of contamination.

We diligently follow procedures and disposable equipment is used indeed only once.

Directly after the operation, the patient is carried to our modern post-operative room and stays there under continuous medical care. When the patient is stable and conscious, she/he is transported to his/her room on the 4^th floor.
